The goal of enforcing a pitch count program, which is now being instituted at the High School and Middle School level nation wide, is to be proactive in reducing the number of arm injuries that have become far too common in all levels of baseball. As a program, TOB has a live game application to (Point Streak) in place to score games and keep accurate pitch counts.
